Men's Practice is every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM and hold optional fitness before at 6pm at our pitch near Will Rogers Park!

During the summer, Tuesday and Thursday will be entirely casual touch rugby.  

Regular 15s Practice will resume in the Fall.
